In terms of content the Escape is the bigger package: fixed price per night for two people, three golf carts and one wine tasting for everyone on the booking included, cheaper per night as a low-season offer, but bookable from 3 nights only. The Maremma Golf Summer starts from a single night (up to seven at most), you pay the regular apartment price by occupancy and travel in summer instead of winter. If you come in October or later, the Escape is the better deal for you, and we say so here deliberately.

You need a valid handicap certificate from your home club; the limit is HCP 54, which covers practically every player with a course permit. The course is not particularly long and is as playable for ambitious hobby golfers as it is for low handicaps. The practice facilities and the driving range are open to all guests.

For as many as fit into the apartment, even for one person alone. The price depends on apartment and occupancy, the booking system shows it for your selection. The green fee comes on top at no extra charge in every case. Whoever does not play uses beach, pool and spa.

Between one and seven nights, as long as your stay falls within the period from 11 to 30 September 2026. No minimum stay, no restriction to specific arrival days. The longer you stay, the more play days are included in the price: with seven nights up to eight.

No. The cart is bookable on site and costs €40 for 18 holes in high season; trolleys are also available. On the hilly layout the cart is a comfort, but it has no effect on the maths of the offer: the green fee stays at zero.

Yes, rental clubs and shoes are available in the pro shop. They are not part of the offer and are charged on site. In the improvement course with the PGA pro, rental clubs are included.

The summer that is just ending back home: private beach with free shuttle, pool with pool bar, the “La Toscanella” spa, the wineries and coastal towns of the Maremma. And for anyone who wants to give it a try: the taster course with the pro runs every Wednesday, €15 per person including balls and rental clubs.

Yes. The sea still holds around 24 degrees in September, the beach is open, and at an average of 27 degrees the course plays more pleasantly than in the August heat. At the same time the coastal towns of the Maremma are empty again and the fairways free.

Direct flights from many European airports to Pisa (approx. 1:30 h drive), Florence (approx. 2:00 h) and Rome (approx. 2:30 h), from there by rental car along the coastal route. The nearest station is Follonica, parking at the resort is free, 11 kW charging points are on site.
