For two people in the apartment. The nightly price depends on the date: from 230 € in October and from 248 € in September. All included services apply to both of you: the dinner, the welcome wine, the wine tasting and, from three nights, the round of golf with a cart or the e-bikes.

Yes. The package is not tied to the one-room version. The newly refurbished Deluxe apartment also comes with two and with three rooms, for two people at a supplement of 30 € or 70 € per night. The included services are the same in all three cases. The categories appear side by side in the booking, and you choose there.

One dinner for two in the resort restaurant, choosing from the menu rather than a set course. Drinks are billed separately. You fix the evening at reception when you arrive, so the table is reserved.

As a guided tour with tasting for two at the estate near Montalcino, included in the package from two nights. The slot is booked in advance, so tell us your preferred day when you book. You drive there yourself, about 1:15 h.

Allow a full day. The drive there and back is about two and a half hours, plus the tour and tasting. If you like, add the Abbazia di Sant'Antimo, 23 kilometres further down the valley. That is why the tasting is part of the package only from two nights.

Yes. One night is the shortest version and includes the apartment with breakfast, dinner for two, the welcome wine and the late checkout. The wine tasting and the golf are added from two and three nights respectively, because each of them takes a full day.

Yes, always and with no upper limit. Every further night costs the same as the ones before it, so seven nights from 12 October come to 1,610 € for two. The included services apply once per stay, they do not multiply with the length.

Any day of the week, starting now, with no arrival restrictions. Some dates cost more than others, and the booking shows you the price for your days. The last night in the offer is 31 October 2026, which makes 1 November the latest departure. If you want three nights, arrive by 29 October at the latest.

Until 2 pm. The late checkout is guaranteed and applies to every length of the package, so you do not need to ask for it. The pool and the private beach stay open to you until then.

You choose once per booking, not per person. The options are an 18-hole round for both of you on our course including a golf cart, a taster lesson with the golf pro, or a day of hire bikes for two. Further rounds and further carts can be added on site.

For the round on the course, yes: a valid handicap certificate from your home club, with the limit at HCP 54. If you do not have one, take the taster lesson instead, where rental clubs and balls are included and no experience is needed.

That depends on the date and the weather. The private beach with its shuttle runs seasonally: in October we check the operation for your stay and let you know before you travel. The pool and pool bar at the property are unaffected.

3 € per person per night, collected on site and not part of the package price. For two people and three nights that is 18 €.
